• Pimzi is a dinner-planning service (weekly menus and a shopping list), operated by Neobay LLC (see the legal notice) at pimzi.app. By using Pimzi, you agree to these terms.
• Account: you provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• Subscription: premium access is paid (monthly plan or one-time lifetime payment). Payments are handled by our provider Whop; prices are shown before any purchase. You can cancel anytime. The sale conditions (prices, withdrawal, refunds) are detailed in our terms of sale.
• Use: Pimzi is for personal use. Recipes and suggestions are provided for guidance only: if you have allergies or a specific diet, always check the ingredients.
• The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
