Terms of sale

Pimzi (pimzi.app) is a service operated and sold by Neobay LLC, a US company, 6407 Magnolia St, Milton, FL 32570, United States (“Neobay”, “we”). Contact: pimziapp@gmail.com.

Ordering Pimzi premium access means you accept these terms of sale, which complement the terms of use.

Premium access to Pimzi, a digital dinner-planning service: personalised weekly menus, a priced grocery list, and the features described at the time of purchase.

Two plans: a monthly subscription (automatically renewed each month, cancellable at any time) or lifetime access (one-time payment, valid for the lifetime of the service).

Access opens immediately after payment.

Prices are shown before any purchase, inclusive of applicable taxes where relevant, in your country's currency (EUR, CHF, CAD, USD or AUD depending on the market).

Payment is handled by our provider Whop (whop.com), which appears on your bank statement as the payment processor. We never see or store your card.

Neobay LLC remains your sole point of contact for any question about the sale, your access or refunds.

By paying, you expressly request immediate access: your menu is generated and available right away.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day withdrawal period. In line with the rules on digital content and services (including Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), you acknowledge that this right is lost as soon as you use the service within that period: generating your menu, viewing your recipes or your grocery list counts as a request for immediate performance and a waiver of the right of withdrawal.

If you have not used the service yet, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase by emailing pimziapp@gmail.com from your account email address: the payment is then refunded in full to the original payment method.

Outside the right of withdrawal described above, payments are non-refundable.

For the monthly subscription: cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period already paid, with no pro-rata refund.

Any specific request can be sent to support (pimziapp@gmail.com). Any favourable outcome is a discretionary commercial gesture, assessed case by case, and never constitutes a right or a commitment for the future.

These rules apply without prejudice to the mandatory legal warranties applicable in your country of residence (including the legal conformity warranty for digital services for EU consumers).

The monthly subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from your account settings: no further charge occurs after the current period.

Lifetime access involves no recurring charge.

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of fraud, abuse, or violation of the terms of use.

The service is provided with care, but “as is”: recipes, estimated prices and suggestions are indicative. If you have allergies or a specific diet, always check the ingredients.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid over the last 12 months.

These terms of sale are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States).

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence (European Union, Switzerland, Canada, Australia…), nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
